Working from home also helps you to combine career with family. With modern technological innovations, working from home has become easier and feasible.

Why work from home?

The following reasons tell you what it pays to work at home:

  1. Freedom: This is perhaps the most exciting aspect of starting a business from home. Working online provides you with the opportunity to gain control over your life. Working from home makes it easy for you how to shape up your work according to your environment and goals. With the freedom aspect of home based business, you can say NO to: Rigid work schedules, Corporate culture, Bosses, Time clocks.

You are the boss when working from home and have the freedom to work in an environment that provides comfort and convenience. When working from home, one needs to have good skills on how to manage time and knowledge of various disciplines.

  2. Financial Benefits: Another equally attractive benefit of working from home is financial benefit. When you work from home, your office is just a few steps away right there in your home. This saves time and money on commutation. You also save on your rental payments and overhead expenses significantly. You earning potential and your performance move hand in hand.
  3. Tax advantages: You are offered with a number of tax advantages when using your home as a place of business. Home based business allows you to reduce a part of operating and depreciation expenses on your home.
  4. Time with family: Starting a business from home helps you strengthen family relationships. With involvement of family members in business, you can get great help in various aspects of business. Especially, parents can both take care of children and earn and work.
  5. Reduced stress: Working online reduces the stress of juggling between the demands of your personal and professional life. When working from home, you work alone according to you without any office politics and deadlines with reduced stress.
  6. Job Enrichment: When you are a home-based entrepreneur, there is no single label that will identify you. You perform and work on variety of tasks. You have the choice of shuffling your activities. Working on variety of tasks helps you to get an understanding of various aspects of business. Goals become more achievable when you learn what you can do and what you can’t.
  7. Increased productivity: Working from home helps home-based entrepreneurs to be more productive as they save time. Financial compensation in your business depends on the skill of managing business and productivity that helps to increase enthusiasm.

Apart from all the benefits, what is driving the growing movement of becoming home based entrepreneurs is the need to be independent and work with satisfaction. The trend of future is going to be working from home.

Save Thousands With This One Word!

Saturday, February 5th, 2011

I have to tell you, an internet business is not an easy business… it still takes a good amount of knowledge, skill and understanding of your niche and internet marketing, or a whole bunch of money. After that it requires a lot of hard work, time and effort to what is required to get things moving, or a whole bunch of money. Now if you are like I was, you probably don’t have much money, if any, to spend on getting your website or niche business up and running. I basically was trying to do anything I could for free, which is why I want to offer you as much information as i can about how you can do this without being scammed or hyped out of your precious dollars.

So here’s the deal!!

The best advice I’ve ever received that saved me more money than any other thing…

I mean literally hundreds to thousands of dollars…

This is very important so please pay attention…

FOCUS

That’s it! That right there helped me more than almost anything else I have ever learned. And not just with my internet business, but also with my personal offline business (which is now beginning to skyrocket as we speak… If you are wondering what it is, I host Adventure Retreats in the US, Hawaii, Italy, and New Zealand, with expansions to Australia and French Polynesia in 2012). Focus has also helped me in my personal life.

Let me explain!

Most of the problems I had when I started my adventure business (and my internet business) I had so many ideas and so many things I wanted to do and try and every day I read more things about more things that did more things that I was caught up in wasting my time on following rabbits down several different paths each day. Every time I heard of something new, I followed it. I wanted in the the newest, hottest secret of all time… unfortunately after I bought the product and read it from cover to cover or watched every video, I would find something new to learn from or buy, the next hot tip of the year… Now I wouldn’t say that it was necessarily money down the drain, because I learned A TON! I simply didn’t have the time to implement everything and was spending money I didn’t have. Even in my retreat business I wanted to host retreats all over the place. Some places i had been, some i hadn’t, some sounded awesome and others where just a passing thought.. My mind would race at night with all the ideas I had and all the things I had to do and all the places I wanted to go.  Then I got the advice that turned EVERYTHING around… It didn’t make me an overnight millionaire, nor did it make me famous, but it did give me more personal time in the day, less money leaving my bank account, and the building blocks to get my business where it is today.  Yes, I travel the world with small groups of people and make money! It’s AWESOME!

So what exactly did I mean by FOCUS? And how can you do it too?

Well, the great part is it’s actually pretty easy and once you train yourself to focus instead of following some random evil bunnies who have semi good intentions, you will not even know you are doing it.

Here’s what I suggest you do (this is just what I did.. you do it how ever you want):

It’s easier for me to do this as an example, so let’s pretend you already have your internet business and website and are getting some traffic and trying some things and buying a lot of stuff to help you. This is only example for focusing… you can still do things however you see fit.

Basically you spend day in and day out doing and trying all the new things you read about, buying all the new products to automate everything, or have “Everything Up In Minutes”… You are doing ALL kinds of work all day every day and there doesn’t seem to be much happening on the income side.  This is where focus comes in. Pick one or two methods… like writing articles and adding content to your site daily. (by the way that method right there can get you committed and consistent traffic in just a couple months that just keeps going up and up and up… i know because i do that exact thing)

Now here’s where the FOCUS really comes in to save you money and time. every time you read something about a new product or service that doesn’t have anything to do with writing an article or posting new content.. you don’t need to take time on at this point. Save yourself the time of reading things that aren’t going to help you with exactly what you are doing and save yourself the money by not purchasing products that aren’t going to get you any better at what you are doing.. some things just take time and effort when you start. Easy isn’t always better.

Once this becomes second hand and you get to the point where it’s so easy you can write articles and add content daily in your sleep, you can try a new method and focus on that until it’s easy breezy.

Pick something and stick with it and only it until you know it works or doesn’t work and you can see the results and make a decision.

Where else could the word FOCUS help you?

In my opinion… pretty much everywhere! I use it when I sit down to work. What exactly do I need to get done and what will it take to do it? If something else comes up while I’m working, it can wait until I am finished. If I get a new idea or something I want to try, i’ll jot it down quickly and go back to what I need to finish that day. I have to say, instead of spending hours upon hours in my office working, I now only spend a couple hours (unless I have something huge I need to get done).  After I finish I can check my emails a million times or play a quick game to relax or whatever it is that would usually distract me.

Focus on what you want to do and don’t do things that just come up randomly and aren’t necessary. (Prioritizing is a great thing as well.. more on that next time.)

Anyway, I hope this has helped you, I know it may not be very clear what exactly I was trying to say.. but please don’t hesitate to ask if you have a question.

So get out there folks and FOCUS!!

A secret the gurus DON’T want you to know

Wednesday, June 9th, 2010

There’s a secret most copywriters and
marketers only whisper to one another.

Very few talk about this secret because it’s
considered dangerous and can upset people.

You see almost all successful marketers are
students of hypnosis or human psychology.

They need to be so they can understand HOW & WHY
people buy.

Because without this knowledge their websites
or shops are as quiet as a graveyard.

The problem is there’s very little quality
information ‘out there’ on this hidden subject.

That changed when world class hypnotist and
consultant to Fortune 500 companies,
Igor Ledochowski, decided to ‘spill the beans’ with…

*** His new Power of Conversational Hypnosis
course which has finally been released ***

It’s the most ADVANCED course ANYWHERE on
conversational hypnosis.

In fact here’s what hypnotic marketer, certified
hypnotherapist, online guru and star of the hit
film “The Secret” says about it…

“I didn’t believe this material would be
that good, but it turns out to be a breathtaking
course on using hypnosis in everyday conversation.

“I’ve never seen or heard anything this
complete, powerful, or convincing.

“I love it.”

Dr. Joe Vitale mrfire.com

And what’s even better for you it’s being
released for a limited time as a digital
course so you’ll be able to access it
immediately.

* It comes with 16 Full CDs (as MP3s)

* The Full Transcripts + Manual (620+ Pages)

* The How To Master Conversational Hypnosis Cheat Sheets

* The How To Destroy Resistance With Stories Cheat Sheets

The site is live right now and the full
digital version is available for over
3 times LESS than the physical version!

And because it’s been just released it’s
specially discounted.

Please understand this extra discount
will likely be pulled very soon.

So do check it out now, while you can, I
promise you won’t be disappointed.

Is Ezine Advertising The Way To Go?

Directory of Ezines and Ezine Advertising Live Are The Bees Knees!

I recently joined Ezine Advertising Live because I am a member of The Directory of Ezines (DOE) and have been for 2 years. I know that might sound a little funny for me to be telling you this, but one of the MANY perks of being a member of DOE is that you get to join one of Charlie’s other websites for FREE! Also, his membership sites are a one-time charge/lifetime membership. Anyway, back to what I meant to say.  Ezine Advertising Live is turning out to be AMAZING. I know I got it for “free” (because of another membership), but it normally costs $199 and that is way under the value of the site.

Oops I keep getting sidetracked because I’m so excited about this information. Ezine advertising has been a lucrative step in my business since I am still in the building process for a few of my sites and don’t have my own fully grown email lists. I fully recommend that you at least look into ezines either at DOE or Ezine Advertising Live because they are a great marketing tool to use. And the information is second to none. I have never found a membership site that has so much value in one place. (and i’ve been in quite a few membership programs… sadly i wish i had that money back).

There are 8 killer modules that I have been learning from and they are all about the best ways to monetize your ezine ads. I love using ezine ads, but seriously needed help taking the next step. I kid you not, this did it for me.

There are also several Free Resources AND Bonuses. Not just bonuses that are thrown in to look like a value add, but they are actually GREAT bonuses. One of them is getting a solo ad written for you FOR FREE, just for being a member.

Two For One

So I guess when i get right down to it… There are two memberships I HIGHLY recommend.  The Directory of Ezines and Ezine Advertising Live. Here’s a trick… If you purchase Directory of Ezines you can get Ezine Advertising Live for free because you are a member of DOE.

Directory of Ezines

…is a directory of ezines that are published in ANY niche you can dream of AND has a list of the following for the ezine, ad prices, etc. In addition, there are tutorials, free PLR PDF’s, advertising opportunity within DOE and EAL, and so much more I can’t even write it all down (and you only pay once $199).

Ezine Advertising Live

…is an 8 module training course that teaches the details (much more advanced) of using ezines for advertising. (don’t forget this one can be free is you purchase DOE)

If you are only interested in Ezine Advertising Live you will not have access to DOE.

I sincerely hope you find these sites valuable. They have literally changed my business and my life and for only $199 total. I wish you could talk to me in person because I so strongly believe this could be the best thing you could do for increasing visitors, opt-ins, sales, etc.

Purchase Directory of Ezines and Ezine Advertising Live by Clicking Here now! (Sign up for my email list to the right, then respond to any of my emails and I will tell you exactly how to get Ezine Advertising Live for Free)

This One Thing Taught Me More Than The Last 5

Sunday, May 16th, 2010

I’m going to make this very very short!

I received and email a few days ago announcing this new product called Cash Code. At first I didn’t want to try it because some of the recent products I tried out just didn’t help me with anything, but the more I read about it the more it seemed like something that could help me.

I bought the product! And yes I’ve already been through it!

here’s proof (yes it is one of the PLR products from them, but it just goes to show you can do it in a matter of an hour… I put this page up VERY quickly)

What you get:

  • 3 PLR websites ready to adapt and uploadincluding extensive videos to show you how to do get it adapted and online (they didn’t leave anything out!)
  • Video Series on Affiliate Marketing
  • Video Series on Targeting Traffic from Twitter
  • Ton’s of Bonuses

http://www.thecashcode.com

I have already applied many of the things I learned to several of my other websites and feel confident that I can quickly and easily recreate what they did with the PLR sites in making my own new sites.

Seriously, You need to give this a look!

Yanik’s 34 Rules for Entrepreneurial Success

Saturday, May 15th, 2010

Yanik Silver shares all his own rules for successful entrepreneurial endeavors. The same ones that have helped him achieve financial independence and become a millionaire before turning 31.

  1. It’s got to be a BIG idea that you, your team and your customers can “get” in seconds.
  2. Strive to create 10x — 100x in value for any price you charge. Your rewards are always proportionate to the value you provide.
  3. You must charge a premium price so you have a large margin to provide an extraordinary value & experience.
  4. Provide a ‘Reason Why’ customers should do business with you and pay you a premium.
  5. Get paid before you deliver your product or service. And when possible figure out how to create recurring revenue from transactions.
  6. You get to make the rules for your business. Don’t let industry norms dictate how you’ll work or who you’ll work with.
  7. Create your business around your life instead of settling for your life around your business.
  8. Consistently and constantly force yourself to focus on the ‘critically few’ proactive activities that produce exponential results. Don’t get caught up in minutia & bullshit.
  9. Seek to minimize start-up risk but have maximum upside potential.
  10. Get your idea out there as fast as possible even if it’s not quite ready by setting must-hit deadlines. Let the market tell you if you have a winner or not. If not — move on and fail forward fast! If it’s got potential — then you can make it better.
  11. Find partners and team members who are strong where you are weak and appreciate being paid on results.
  12. Your reputation always counts. Honor your obligations and agreements.
  13. Never, ever get paid based on hours worked.
  14. Leverage your marketing activities exponentially by using direct response methods and testing.
  15. Measure and track your marketing so you know what’s working and what’s not.
  16. Bootstrap. Having too much capital leads to incredible waste and doing things using conventional means.
  17. Your partners and employees actions are their true core — not what they tell you.
  18. Keep asking the right questions to come up with innovative solutions. “How?”, “What?”, “Where?”, “Who Else?” & “Why?” open up possibilities.
  19. You’ll never have a perfect business and you’ll never be totally “done”. Deal with it.
  20. Focus most of your time on your core strengths and less time working in areas you suck at.
  21. Make it easier for customers to buy by taking away the risk of the transaction by guaranteeing what you do in a meaningful way.
  22. Always have something else to sell (via upsell, cross-sell, follow-up offer, etc) whenever a transaction takes place. The hottest buyer in the world is one who just gave you money.
  23. Always go back to your existing customers with exceptional offers and reasons they should give you more money. It’s 5x less expensive to sell to happy customers than go find new ones.
  24. However the flip side is – fire your most annoying customers. They’ll be replaced with the right ones.
  25. The marketplace and competitors are always trying to beat you down to a commodity. Don’t let that happen.
  26. Develop and build your business’s personality that stands out. People want to buy from people.
  27. Create your own category so you can be first in the consumer’s mind.
  28. Go the opposite direction competitors are headed — you’ll stand out.
  29. Mastermind and collaborate with other smart entrepreneurs if they have futures that are even bigger than their present.
  30. Celebrate your victories. It’s too easy to simply move on to your next goal without acknowledging and appreciating the ‘win’.
  31. Make your business AND doing business with you FUN!
  32. Do the unexpected before and after anything goes wrong so customers are compelled to ‘share your story’.
  33. Get a life! Business and making money are important but your life is the sum total of your experiences. Go out and create experiences & adventures so you can come back renewed and inspired for your next big thing.
  34. Give back! Commit to taking a % of your company’s sales and make a difference. If this becomes a habit like brushing your teeth pretty soon the big checks with lots of zeros won’t be scary to write. If you think you can’t donate a percentage of your sales simply raise your price.

Quit Overcomplicating by Terry Dean

Monday, May 10th, 2010

One of the BIGGEST reasons people fail in their business or simply sit in place never growing is because they’re overcomplicating everything!

In many cases it’s not even their fault.  The trainers in the internet marketing industry have a goal of making everything much more complicated than it is.

Because if they can convince you how difficult it is, you’ll have to worship at their feet and buy whatever they have to sell you.  In other words, there are many people in this industry who really don’t want to solve your problem!

Instead of their products being designed to solve your problem, they’re simply organized to make themselves look like a genius while you are stuck being a member of their fan club…waiting desperately for your next word from them.

What I’ve discovered over the past decade plus is that once you REALLY understand a subject, I mean really understand it from multiple variations, it becomes simple.

So simple sometimes that you slap yourself on the forehead…and wonder what you’ve been thinking all this time.

Let’s take SEO.  I could dazzle with all the techniques here.  But the fact is you want to build a page about a buying keyword phrase.  You put it in your title, in your image alt tag, and make sure to actually write an article about the topic (this will cover most of the other elements on its own).

Then you need links, and the BEST links are from QUALITY sites.  This means you systematically go out and work on getting these high quality links for your site.

We can try to overcomplicate this if you want.  Or we can spend months discussing all the little itty bitty variations here, but that is the bottom line of what you need to do.

But everyone overcomplicates the matter because they’re busy trying to trick Google with whichever whiz-bang new seo software of the day.

What about your overall business?

We can talk about how big your social media list…or how much traffic your site gets…or how many times your site has been mentioned on Digg…

But the real question is…how is your cashflow?

Are you making sales or products, services, advertising, etc.?

The majority of my readers do not run a large company with venture capital backing them.  As a small business entrepreneur it’s all about cashflow.  If you’re not bringing in more than you’re spending, your business is failing.

To get into profits, you must concentrate on the most important elements.

QUIT majoring on the minors – like what color your website is (unless it’s unreadble), which keyword research software is the best, or how to 100% protect your digital products from doing stolen (if you’re not selling many anyway – who cares).

FOCUS on the MAJOR profit centers of your business…where the money comes from!

1. Find people who are BUYING stuff.

I want to find an audience who is already proven to be buying stuff.  There are a lot of places you can do this research such as the Clickbank marketplace, Amazon best sellers, or over at Nextmark.com (you can research mailing lists of actual buyers here).

2. Entice them onto your list with a GOOD gift.

Get them onto your mailing list by providing them an enticing gift that helps solve one of their problems.  Then follow up on them, building relationship and making sales.  As much as the internet has grown and advanced, a small business income is still directly tied to their lists (email lists and customer lists).

3. Offer them BETTER stuff.

Make offers.  Create products or offer other people’s items to your list, but always try to find a way to make your offer unique and better than others in the market.  This is what it’s all about in the end…making sales.

I feel a lot of people have forgotten why they’re in business.  It’s not just to build an audience.  It’s to build a buying audience which means you have to follow up and offer them products and services they desperately want.

If you want to follow a simple system for building your own internet information empire…along with checklists that simplify each step along the way, check out http://www.thetruthprints.com today.  It’s not about making things more complicated.  It’s about understanding the truth and building a profitable business to support your family TODAY and in the future.

Sincerely,

Terry Dean
